Friendship Centre

An opportunity for members of our community to meet together for cards, games, indoor bowls and company. Throughout the year there are organised outings.
Mainly Music

30 minutes of music, singing and dance with your pre-schooler followed by morning tea and the chance to meet other parents and make new friends. $2.00
Antenatal Classes

A 6 week course covering all you need to know about becoming a parent. Led by a qualified child birth educator.
One of my areas of service is as a Chaplain at May Rd School on Thursdays. I am a link in the chain, drawing people into wanting to know more of why we have such a hope in Jesus Christ and steering them towards the place where they can learn more for themselves. It is the quiet “one on one” listening to, caring for and praying with, not just the children, but the staff and parents as well. Rolemodeling the character of Jesus (fruits of the Spirit) and working alongside the teachers, social workers and other support staff in the school builds up relationships. Relationships are the key - as they are centred on trust.

Youth Activities
Small groups for high school students meet in the evening during the week. There are also regular weekend social activities and the occasional camp.
Young Adults
Weekly home groups, social activities and weekends away.
