The following is the privacy policy of Mt Roskill Baptist Church and applies to any and all church engagement and interactions during the week, including our Sunday service.

• interactions with us

• connect with you about the work of our church

• enable you to contact our other congregation members through our secure electronic database.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter your email address, we'll be unable to send you our prayer updates and newsletter electronically. If you choose to share your information with our staff but do not want your contact details to be accessed by other members of our church, we can make sure that happens.

We keep your information safe by storing it in our third-party provided electronic database and only allowing people to access it with a secure password/login.

We keep your information for two years from any last contact at which point we securely archive all digital information or contact you to ask if you would like us to continue to hold your information and if the information we hold is correct.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
